Meet Christopher Marzullo, the driven CEO behind Prime Time Executives, whose journey began in the tranquil town of Cedar Grove, New Jersey. Raised with a strong work ethic and a deep sense of family, Christopher embodies values deeply rooted in his Italian heritage.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Sports Communication from West Virginia University in 2019, Christopher embarked on a career fueled by his passion for communication and his drive to make an impact in the business world. His rise through the ranks has been marked by innovative strategies and adept navigation of complex challenges, earning him recognition as a visionary leader.

Beyond the boardroom, Christopher is an avid sports enthusiast, finding inspiration and motivation in the thrill of competition and the pursuit of fitness. In June 2023, drawn by the allure of South Florida’s burgeoning business landscape, Christopher made the bold decision to relocate with Prime Time. For Christopher, the move symbolized the pursuit of his entrepreneurial dreams and the chance to leave a lasting legacy in a region ripe with opportunity. Since settling into the vibrant pulse of South Florida, Christopher has immersed himself in the local culture, building connections, and laying the groundwork for success. Kendall is a driven professional with a double major in Finance and Business Administration from Auburn University. After graduation, she began her career in Buckhead, Atlanta, before making the move to vibrant Miami, Florida.

Passionate about business development, Kendall thrives on creating opportunities and building strong professional relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys weekends at the beach, Pilates classes, and staying active. A foodie at heart, she’s always exploring new recipes and discovering the best restaurants Miami has to offer. Kendall’s long-term goal is to invest in property back in Atlanta, where she hopes to return one day to start a family.

Cecil Grau (Administrator)

Cecil is a proud Cuban American entrepreneur who moved to South Florida from Cuba at the age of six. With a deep passion for marketing and brand collaboration, she has turned her vision into reality by founding both a marketing firm and a photography studio.

Through these ventures, Cecil partners with brands across a wide range of industries throughout South Florida, helping them tell their stories and elevate their presence. A recent graduate of Florida International University (FIU), she brings fresh insights and creative energy to every project she touches.

Meet Eric Zech, a dynamic professional originally from Berlin, Germany. With a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Duquesne University and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from FAU, Eric seamlessly blends business savvy with analytical finesse.

During his academic journey, Eric also excelled on the soccer field as a student athlete, showcasing his prowess beyond the boardroom. Now part of Prime Time Executives, Eric is eager to further hone his leadership and communication skills, thriving amidst the daily hustle of a vibrant South Florida scene, all while making a meaningful impact on the company’s trajectory.

Shavon Taylor

Originally from Jamaica and raised in Delray Beach, FL, is a driven entrepreneur and business leader. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Keiser University, where he also played football and baseball, and went on to receive a master’s in Business Entrepreneurship from Florida Atlantic University.

After starting and selling his own car washing business, Shavon worked as a professional chauffeur for a high-profile family in Palm Beach. He entered the business world in January and quickly advanced—earning a leadership role in his second week and reaching ownership within six months through a partnership with Verizon. His journey reflects a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a passion for growth.

Rebeca Laudino

Originally from Brazil, Rebeca moved to Georgia in 2022 to attend Mercer University on a softball scholarship. She earned a degree in Communication and a Master’s in Business Administration. A passionate athlete, Rebeca is also a professional ping pong player, demonstrating her competitive spirit both on and off the field.

Her biggest aspirations include bringing her family to the U.S. and opening her own business, where she hopes to make a significant impact. Rebeca has a twin brother who studied in Boston and now lives in Miami, and they maintain a strong family bond despite the distance. With her drive, diverse background, and ambition, Rebeca is poised to succeed in both her personal and professional endeavors.

Seamus Oneil

Originally from Long Beach, New York, Seamus moved to Houston in August with the company to pursue new
opportunities and continued growth. I graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Hospitality
Management and have been working in the industry for about a year and a half.

My passion for hospitality and
the chance to grow within a strong team inspired me to join the business. Outside of work, I enjoy staying
active through sports, golfing, and fishing. Long term, my goals are to start a family and eventually own my
own restaurant.

Sandra Granados

Sandra is originally from El Salvador and moved to Houston at the age of 10. After spending several years as a
stay-at-home mom, she decided to join the business to pursue professional growth and new opportunities. She
has been in the business since November 2025 and continues to develop her skills and experience.

Outside of
work, Sandra enjoys staying active through gym workouts and Pilates, and she loves spending time with her
kids at soccer practices and games. She is focused on continuing to grow in the business while achieving
personal goals that drive her forward.

Alex was born in Miami but spent a significant portion of his childhood in Nicaragua, giving him a unique cultural blend that influences both his personal and professional life. He later returned to the U.S. to pursue his passion for the arts at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, NY, where he honed his skills and developed a deep connection with the world of creativity.

After completing his studies, Alex made the decision to move back to Miami to be closer to his grandparents, reaffirming his strong connection to family. Family is at the heart of his values, and his biggest life goal is to start his own family one day.

Angero Ruiz

Angero is a Miami native with Cuban roots, currently studying Aerospace Technology with a goal of making a lasting impact in the field. His journey is driven by a deep desire to be a positive role model for his nephews, showing them the power of hard work and perseverance. Before diving into his academic career, Angero spent three years as a boxer, where he learned discipline, resilience, and the importance of pushing through challenges. These traits have carried over into his current pursuits, especially as he balances a demanding college schedule.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Angero took control of his health and fitness, losing 50 pounds and transforming his body. Starting at 220 pounds, he dedicated himself to a healthier lifestyle, ultimately reaching 170 pounds — a testament to his commitment and determination. As a proud Baltimore Ravens fan, Angero embodies the team’s values of resilience and perseverance, both on and off the field.

Yuben Goncalves

Yuben is a passionate and driven individual originally from Cape Verde, Africa. At the age of 7, he moved to Portugal, where he spent his formative years before eventually relocating to the United States. Yuben’s journey took a significant turn when he moved to Wichita, Kansas, to pursue his dream of competing at a collegiate level in track and field at Wichita State University. Specializing in the long jump, triple jump, and 400 meters, he dedicated himself to rigorous training with aspirations of one day competing in the Olympics.

After his time at Wichita State, Yuben moved to Miami to pursue career opportunities, but his ultimate goal remains to bring his family from Portugal to the U.S. and provide them with a better life. This unwavering commitment to his family’s future serves as his greatest motivator.In addition to his athletic and professional ambitions, Yuben is an avid fitness enthusiast who enjoys working out and staying active. He also loves cooking and watching action movies in his downtime. His determination, work ethic, and passion for family continue to drive him as he navigates his personal and professional journey.

Joanne Ekpo

Joanne is originally from Nigeria and moved here as a young child after her father sought greater opportunities
for his daughters. She has a deep love for the arts, including singing, dancing, painting, fashion, and all forms
of creative expression.

She started her business as a way to challenge herself and encourage personal growth
beyond her comfort zone. Through this journey, Joanne aims to build a meaningful presence on the business
side of the music industry while supporting creative talent.

Liem Nguyen

Liem is originally from Vietnam and moved to Houston at 18, where he earned a computer science degree from
the University of Houston–Downtown. After working in software engineering, he decided to step outside his
comfort zone and pursue new growth opportunities beyond a screen-focused career, leading him to join the
business two months ago.

Liem enjoys technology, coding, anime, and building model kits in his free time. His
long-term goals include bringing his mom and younger sister to the U.S. and purchasing a home where they
can live together.

Damian Goode Jr

Damian was born and raised on the east side of Houston, Texas. He attended Wayland Baptist University and
Texas Tech, where he played baseball and earned a degree in Business Administration. With sales being a
major focus throughout his studies, he joined the business to apply his knowledge and grow in a fast-paced
environment, and he is now entering his second month in the industry.

Outside of work, Damian enjoys video
games, writing music and stories, and playing various sports, while working toward goals of running his own
business, owning his dream home and car, and starting a family.

Olivier Supplice

Olivier is originally from Boston and relocated to Houston a year ago to be closer to family. He studied
Business Management at Newbury College for two years, building a strong foundation in business principles.

Olivier joined the company three months ago with a focus on learning, growth, and gaining hands-on
experience. He brings a motivated mindset and a team-first attitude to his role. Outside of work, he enjoys
playing basketball and running, and he is driven by a personal goal of taking care of the people he cares about.

Joshua Lazard

Josh is a Miami native with big dreams and an adventurous spirit. Currently working hard to make his mark, Josh’s long-term goal is to settle somewhere between Georgia and Mississippi, enjoying a new chapter of his life. But before that, he has a personal mission: to own a Jaguar with the iconic “007” license plate, a nod to his love for sleek cars and all things James Bond.Originally from Brazil, Rebeca moved to Georgia in 2022 to attend Mercer University on a softball scholarship. Alex Montalvan

Anthony Alatorre

Anthony is a Houston native who has proudly lived in Houston his entire life. Motivated by growth opportunities and real-world experience, he brings strong dedication and a willingness to learn to every role he takes on. Although he has not attended college, Anthony is focused on building practical skills and gaining hands-on knowledge to advance his career.

In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends and gaming. His long-term goal is to start his own business, achieve financial success at a young age, and use that success to help others.

Maxx Teague

Maxx is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, and has spent much of her life traveling between St. Louis and Houston to stay closely connected to family. After briefly attending Houston Community College, she chose to pursue entrepreneurship, focusing on strengthening her leadership, sales, and marketing skills. Driven and creative, Maxx is passionate about continuous growth, both professionally and personally. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym and painting, using each as an outlet for discipline and self-expression. Her long-term goal is to open a salon dedicated to newly certified hairstylists, where she can mentor them in building successful businesses and developing strong personal brands.

Anthony Lucero

Anthony was born in Miami but spent much of his early childhood in Peru before moving back to the U.S. at age 10. Originally studying mechanical engineering in college, he later found his passion in the world of business. A dedicated sports fan, Anthony proudly supports FC Barcelona and the Miami Heat. One of his biggest life goals is to retire his parents as a way of giving back for their sacrifices.

An avid traveler, Anthony marks each journey by getting a tattoo as a permanent reminder of the places he’s been. His favorite hobbies include staying active and working out, often paired with his love for music. He plays both the piano and the saxophone, blending discipline and creativity in everything he does.

Brandon Raspatelli

Brandon was born in Miami and raised in Venezuela, an international upbringing that shaped his unique perspective and passion for culture. At 22, he returned to the U.S. after earning his degree in Costa Rica, where he trained as a paralegal. Brandon is not only skilled in legal support but also a dedicated artist who finds inspiration in painting, museums, and the world of cinematography. His biggest goal in life is to continually surprise himself—pushing boundaries to see just how far and how big he can go in both his career and creative pursuits.

Dustin Walker

Dustin, originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, made a bold move to Miami to pursue exciting career opportunities. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys fishing, playing basketball, and traveling. His favorite destination is Brazil, where he frequently visits his girlfriend, embracing the culture and beauty of the country. Dustin’s biggest goal in life is to create a legacy that he can be proud of, ensuring that his accomplishments positively impact his family for years to come.

Noah Alford

Noah was born and raised in Virginia, where he spent his early years before embarking on an adventurous journey across the United States. Throughout his life, he’s lived in various cities, gaining a wealth of experiences along the way. Each place has left its mark on him, shaping his perspective and broadening his horizons. After a series of relocations, Noah eventually found his way to Miami, where he currently resides. The vibrant city and its diverse culture have offered him a new sense of belonging, but he’s always kept his eye on the horizon for his next big move.

Noah is passionate about technology, especially building computers. He loves the process of assembling parts, optimizing systems, and staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends. Gaming is another favorite pastime, providing him with a fun way to relax and connect with friends.

Rafael Moreno

Rafa is a passionate entrepreneur, husband, and father from Cuba. He moved to the U.S. at nine and has always dreamed of owning his own business, seeking freedom from the typical 9-5. His biggest goal is to provide his daughter with a college education and a life free from financial worries. Rafa is also a talented musician, playing piano, guitar, and violin. Married for four years, he’s dedicated to building a secure, loving future for his family.

Jasmin is a Haitian-born individual who moved to Miami at a young age, where she’s since embraced the vibrant culture of her new home. Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, Jasmin is determined to carve out a successful career while balancing her passions. She models part-time for runway and commercial projects, showcasing her versatility and beauty.

Driven by a deep love for her family, Jasmin’s biggest goal is to ensure that her two younger sisters have the opportunity to pursue their education and attend college. When she’s not studying or working, Jasmin enjoys spending time at the beach and unwinding with her favorite pastime—coloring. With her strong work ethic and dedication, Jasmin is on a path to achieving both her professional and personal dreams.

Jason Hernandez

Jason is originally from Antipolo, Philippines, and came to the U.S. five years ago to pursue his Master’s degree in International Business Management. With Bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Hospitality, he brings a unique mix of people skills and business insight to everything he does.

Driven by creativity and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Jason dreams of one day opening his own barbershop and launching a personal clothing brand that reflects his style and story. Outside of his professional goals, he’s an adventurer at heart—always up for camping, hiking, fishing, or even skydiving. More than anything, his biggest dream is to bring his parents to the U.S. and give back to the people who’ve supported him from the start.

Macen Marcellus

Originally from Miami, Masen made a significant move to Minnesota for college, where he played Division 1 football at the University of Minnesota. During his time there, he earned his degree in Sports Medicine, balancing academics with the demands of being a student-athlete. After completing his college career, Masen returned to his hometown of Miami, eager to be closer to his family and escape the cold winters of the North.

Throughout his life, Masen’s biggest goal has been to compete alongside his two brothers, both of whom are on their way to the NFL. This fierce drive for competition and family connection fuels his everyday ambition and keeps him pushing forward in both his personal and professional life.

When he’s not focused on his goals, Masen enjoys spending time with his mom and his two puppies, who are some of his greatest sources of joy and comfort.

and a clear vision for success. His biggest current goal is to purchase a Lamborghini Huracan by age 25.

Ivan Castano

Ivan is originally from Houston, Texas, where he has lived his entire life. He chose not to pursue college,
instead focusing on building real-world skills and income potential without taking on unnecessary debt. Ivan
joined the business to develop leadership, sales, and communication skills, with a long-term goal of becoming
a director and achieving true financial freedom. Outside of work, he enjoys baking, cooking, and gaming, and
his long-term goals include financial independence and owning every car ever raced in the Fast & Furious
franchise.

Jay Do

Jay is originally from Vietnam and moved here at a young age when his parents sought greater opportunities
for their family. He is currently studying Cybersecurity at Southern New Hampshire University and has
professional experience working in private equity for two years. Driven by a desire to challenge himself and
outgrow the traditional 9–5, Jay joined the business to pursue long-term growth and ownership. His goals
include retiring his parents, building successful businesses, traveling the world, and becoming a role model
who inspires his siblings.

Jerry Supplice

Originally from Boston, Jerry moved to Houston in 2022 to pursue new career opportunities. I’m currently
working toward my bachelor’s degree in business and wanted to join this field to actively practice what I’m
learning in school. I’ve been in the business for about a month and am excited to keep growing and gaining
hands-on experience. Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer and reading. Ultimately, my goal in life is to
achieve inner peace while building a meaningful and successful career.

Joshua Mojica

Joshua is Houston born and raised and recently stepped into the business for new opportunity, where he has
been gaining experience over the past two months. He brings a strong interest in cars, computer building, and
sports, along with a drive to keep learning and improving. Joshua is motivated by long-term goals centered on
creating financial freedom for his family and building a stable, successful future.

Joszef Bell

Joe is originally from Detroit and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Physics from Texas Tech
University. Though new to the industry, he is deeply passionate about personal growth and contributing to a
collaborative team where he can continue developing his skills. Outside of work, Joe enjoys hiking,
snowboarding, staying active at the gym, and caring for animals. His long-term goals include traveling the
world, building a successful business, and eventually opening an animal sanctuary, all while helping others
grow in their own crafts.

Kimberly Herring

From Houma, Louisiana, Kimberly relocated to Houston in pursuit of new professional opportunities, which
ultimately led her to her current role. She joined the business with the goal of learning how to run a successful
company and gaining hands-on experience to support her future entrepreneurial plans. Kimberly has been with
the team for about a month and is eager to continue learning and growing. Outside of work, she enjoys
cosplay, video games, reading, and writing. Her long-term goals include opening a video game bar and building
a self-sustaining homestead.

Leif Pellant

Leif spent 17 years in Kentucky before relocating to Houston at the end of 2025. He earned his degree in
Computer Science from Centre College, where he built a strong technical foundation and passion for
problem-solving. New to the industry, Leif joined the business two months ago to gain hands-on experience
and pursue meaningful growth opportunities. He is motivated by continuous learning and expanding his skill
set in a dynamic environment. Outside of work, Leif enjoys playing games and spending time with his cats.

Luis Restrepo

Luis is originally from Margarita, Venezuela, and moved to Houston in May 2023 in search of greater
opportunities. He is currently pursuing a business degree at Houston Community College, where he is building
a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and finance. Luis joined the business to create new growth
opportunities and earn strong income while developing real-world experience. Outside of work, he enjoys cars,
soccer, and following financial markets. His long-term goals are to achieve financial freedom and ultimately buy
back his time.

Teddy Scruggs

Teddy is from Wiggins, Mississippi, and moved in December 2025 in search of change and new opportunities.
He was always told he would be great at sales, which motivated him to pursue this path and develop his skills.
He has been in the business for about two months and is focused on growth and long-term success. Outside of
work, he enjoys anything that allows him to be outdoors. His goals include becoming a successful owner of
multiple businesses, spreading the word of Jesus to as many people as possible, and being an amazing father
to his son.

Ryan Staley

Ryan is originally from Lake City, FL, but made his way to Miami to pursue opportunities in the business world. He attended Palm Beach State College, where he studied accounting, and has since developed a keen interest in financial management and investments. With big ambitions, Ryan’s ultimate goal is to own a portfolio of investment properties and eventually manage his very own ranch.

Outside of his professional life, Ryan enjoys a variety of hobbies. He’s a passionate guitar player, finds peace in fishing, and likes to unwind by playing video games. Traveling is also one of his greatest joys, with his favorite destination being Dallas, Texas—where he was particularly drawn to the energy and culture of the city. Whether it’s exploring new places or advancing in his career, Ryan is always looking forward to the next adventure.

Yousen Netus

Yousen is originally from the Dominican Republic and was raised in Haiti before moving to the United States in 2019. A dedicated individual with a strong sense of purpose, he is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice while continuing to build a future for his family. A retired U.S.

Marine, Yousen enjoys spending time at the shooting range and playing soccer in his free time. He married the love of his life a year ago and remains deeply committed to creating a better life for their family. His biggest goal is to work hard so that his children can have every opportunity he didn’t have growing up.
